Our celebrants all over Quebec and Eastern Ontario

Our team trains our celebrants, including Reverend Michel Beaumier, who has been practicing since 1979. Let us celebrate your wedding in Montreal or at the location of your choice in the province of Quebec or Eastern Ontario.

You can see on the map below some of the locations where we already have officiants. There are no travel fees if you’re within 30 km of one of our celebrants. We’ll go up to 160 km outside our cities to serve you (confirmation required).

Contact us directly for a free Zoom consultation to discuss how we can customize your memorable day and to find out about our rates.

Founder and principal celebrant of Centre Amour et Mariage, Sylvie Beaumier accompanies couples and families through life’s major passages with gentleness, depth and humanity.

With a certificate in psychology, over 20 years’ experience in hospitals and training in event coordination, she brings structure, listening skills and a caring presence to every ceremony. Her approach is nourished by a long personal journey, marked by hardship, bereavement and a constant quest for meaning.

Trained in animation, spiritual guidance and digital tools, Sylvie creates customized ceremonies that are intimate, symbolic and deeply human. She also runs the Institute of Professional Celebrants, training a new generation of committed celebrants.

Passionate about psychology and spirituality, and fascinated by the mysteries of the universe, she believes every moment in life deserves to be honored with beauty and meaning.

Reverend Michel Beaumier
President and founder
Minister of Religion since 1979

Michel Beaumier was born in 1952 in Québec. Drawn early to a spiritual vocation, he pursued theological studies at SEMBEQ Institute, graduating in 1986. Recognized as a minister of religion since 1979, he was ordained as a reverend in 1985. In 1987, the Association of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Québec officially granted him the title of Reverend.

In 2006, he founded Centre Amour et Mariage, a nonprofit organization affiliated with his church and recognized by the Civil Registry. The center specializes in rites of passage: weddings, funerals, and welcoming new life.

He is also the founder and current president of the International Federation of Christian Pastoral Care.

He has trained over 200 ministers and officiated at over 10,000 weddings and 20,000 funerals. His journey is marked by perseverance, compassion, and deep respect for human dignity.
